Another day, another boredom. He just couldn't avoid it. Paper after paper, law after law; they hadn't even scheduled his coronation ceremony yet and he was already stacked to the tips of his long pointed hair with paperwork. It wasn't fair, he thought glumly. Couldn't he just elect someone to do this for him? It was the pits to be sure. Raiken stared on into the distance as he watched the clouds laze off into the distance. No rain, no wind, not a single thundercloud; and the worst thing was that he was forbidden to use his Raijin Gokuin to make it storm unless it was in battle. Bah, why did he have all the rotten luck, he thought to himself in disgust. Wasn't he the Raikage now? Shouldn't he have the power to change the laws? Hmmm, that gave him an idea, he thought as he rifled through the papers on his desk till he came to a blank bill sheet. I, the Godaime Raikage, proclaim the rights and privileges of using any jutsu or ability known to the Raikage or those he allows to be permitted outside of battle if the jutsu or ability is used in a practical manner. Heheheheh, now they'll have to let me use it.... he chuckled to himself as he wrote and approved the new law and sent it out to be tacked onto the village's list of rules and regulations.

Running out onto the balcony of his mansion, Raiken made several hand signs and his body glowed. Raijin Gokuin, KAI!! he roared to the heavens as the seal on his neck activated and Raijin's immense chakra flooded into the boy's system. It felt so amazing that it almost overwhelmed him; he had really gone on too long without using it. Now to get some work done here.... he said with a smirk as the electricity present in his chakra circulatory system amped up. Sumiyaka no Kamigami...(Speed of Gods) he muttered as his body glowed a sparkling golden color and his muscles tensed. In an instant, Raiken bolted to his desk and began to flurry through the paperwork still unchecked and soon the mountain of paper that once appeared to be unconquerable now sat in a nice neat stack in the approved or the rejected trays respectively. It was nice to be the best in the village, he thought as he kicked back in his chair that he had wheeled to the balcony in a blur of golden light.

Ugh, he thought, why did it have to be so damn hot today? He stood up once again out of his comfy chair and raised his hands to the sky, letting his Raijin enhanced chakra flow out from him. Raiuseisei no Jutsu... he called as he made a few small hand signs in the air and watched dark storm clouds roll in. Soon it was thundering and pouring down rain outside, and lightning began to streak the skies all around. Raiken kicked back again in his comfy chair, him and it both being thoroughly soaked now, and he enjoyed the air that had been quickly cooled by the falling precipitation. This was much better, he mused as he let the rain fall down and cool his body. Unzipping his two-toned tunic, Raiken tossed it onto a coat rack back inside his room and let his muscles unwind from his earlier training session prior to his return to the mansion. It felt good to every now and again let his god given power run rampant, and he had enjoyed every second of it. But it brought back his earlier distress to his mind as well; when the hell he was going to be officially crowned. It pissed him off so bad to think that his own clan was so lethargic and reluctant to officially recognize him; he had at first thought they had given him the job of raikage to shut him up. Bah, what's the use in worrying, he thought as he kicked back in his chair and let the rain fall.
