Element Learning

I have started to compile this list containing all the Canon and Custom shinobi of the Ninja world who happen to know the "secrets" to an element. Below you will find the ninjas who happen to know a particular element, as well as the possibility of being able to pass the elemnent onto their students.

Name: Uchiha Goveta

Element(s) known: Katon, Suiton, Fuuton, Raiton, Doton, Mokuton, Hyouton; Possibility to know Youton--never displayed

Current Village: Konohagakure

If you know a character that is not placed on this list, please send me a pm with the following information, as well as listing how they know the particular element(s). For example, Goveta knows the vast majority of his due to him creating the "Elemental Pillar" technique, allowing him to manipulate the natural elements around him and combining them with his chakra.
